STATE MANDATED STAY AT HOME ORDER
Under the mandate, Steiner is considered an essential business operation and will continue to operate normally to offer services for our customers who provide essential services to the community. Many of our employees are working from home and will continue to do so until further notice. Our Warehouse Teams, Delivery Drivers, Counter Sales Team and those who provide service to our customers at their location will continue to work using proper preventative measures.
- Essential Services & Operations are permitted to remain open per the Executive Order. These include: Health Care Facilities, Pharmacies, Hospitals, Grocery Stores, Restaurants (take out only), Gas Stations, Financial Institutions, Hardware and Supply Stores, Critical Trades (Electricians, Plumbers, HVAC, etc.), Construction, (including but not limited to home construction), Mail and Shipping/Delivery Services, Laundry Services, Suppliers for Essential Business Operations, Transportation, Manufacturers, Distributors and Supply Chain for Critical Products and Industries.
We are taking this mandate very seriously. We know that many of our products and services are not commonly available and therefore we are committed to a fast response to meet your requirements. In a situation where you require an emergency response, please let us know so we may respond accordingly. We appreciate your cooperation during this period of adjustment.
We will continue to make deliveries to your facility or job site per your requirements.
Our Will Call counters will remain open, and includes a new Steiner CURBSIDE SERVICE.
This new service eliminates physically entering the will call counter area, providing a safe and convenient way to pick up material while reducing the risk to our customers and employees. This new service will remain in effect in a similar manner as restaurants carry-out regulations.
Businesses need to adapt, be creative and remain flexible to process customer requirements, while providing a safe environment and limiting exposure to the coronavirus.

OPTION 1 Call your order into Steiner and specify the location where you intend to pick up the material. OPTION 2 Visit any Steiner Will Call location and a dedicated phone number will be posted on the door for you to call your order in for quick and easy pick up. OPTION 3 Order online at www.steinerelectric.com. Select the Steiner Will Call pick up location at time of checkout. Provide at the time of order: Name and cell phone number of the individual picking up the order. |

Once your order is placed, we’ll call or send you a text to let you know when your order is ready for pick up. Please provide the color and type of vehicle for easy identification. This service also extends to returns and exchanges. |
