Quick Order is a fast and efficient way to add products to your cart and place orders through your Steiner Electric account. Simply enter item numbers or keywords to locate products, add them directly to your cart, and proceed to checkout—all from a single streamlined interface.

For even faster ordering, especially when working with large lists, you can upload multiple items at once using the Order Upload Template. Just fill in the template with the part numbers and quantities you need, upload the file, and your cart will be populated automatically.

1. Access Quick Order

  • After logging into the website, you may access Quick Order from the link located in the top navigation bar.
  • Alternatively the 'My Account' quick menu can be accessed by hovering over the ‘Person’ icon in the header. Click the ‘Quick Order’ link in the menu.
  • As a third option, you can access Quick Order by clicking the 'Quick Order’ link in the lefthand navigation of the ‘My Account’ page.


2. Create a Quick Order List

  • To create a Quick Order list, enter item numbers, keywords, or any Customer Part Numbers you have previously created into the search field on the 'Quick Order' page.
  • Click the item from the search results to add it to your list. Repeat the search process to add another item to your list if needed.
  • Adjust the quantity for any items in your list and then click the 'Add All to Cart & Checkout' button.


3. Checkout

  • After clicking the 'Add All to Cart & Checkout' button you will receive a popup message that all items have been added to your cart; and, you will be directed to the 'Cart' page.
  • On the 'Cart' page that renders, click the 'Checkout' button to begin completing your order. 


4. Upload an Order

  • You can also choose to Upload an Order containing multiple items via Excel file using the provided Order Upload Template.
  • Begin by clicking the 'Upload an Order' link on the 'Quick Order' page.   
    1. On the 'Order Upload' page follow the instrucitons to download the Order Upload Template.
    2. Add your items to the template and save it to your computer.
    3. Click the 'Browse' button on the 'Order Upload' page to upload the saved file from your computer.
      (The file name will appear below the 'Browse' button after you have selected the file from your computer.)
    4. Click the 'Upload Order' button to add the items from the file to your cart.
    5. Once the upload is complete you will receive a popup message that the items have been added to your cart.
    6. In the popup window, click the 'Continue to Cart' button to proceed to the 'Cart' page.
    7. On the 'Cart' page, click the 'Checkout' button to begin completing your order.
