  • Features
General purpose for raising supply voltage caused by line drop or equipment demand on the distribution system, or lower voltage caused by increased system voltages due to supply line adjustments
Encapsulated transformers can be used to buck and boost voltage in single and three phase applications where supply voltages are frequently above or below nominal. These transformers can also be used in low voltage transformer application.
Copper winding
Economical and efficient
Smaller and lighter than general purpose step down transformers
Used as an Isolation Transformer, these units are effective at operating low voltage lighting, machine tool circuits, relays, bells, small motors and solenoids
Used as a buck-boost, units can correct line voltage problems from 5% to 25% above or below the nominal voltage
All welded core construction made with high quality, high permeability silicon steel laminations
Computer designed coils, accurately wound with optimum mean turns made from high quality magnetic wire with insulation foil
Front accessible wiring compartment with high and low voltage copper lead wires or tabs
ANSI 61 UL 50 gray enclosure finish
40 deg C maximum
