Steiner Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Unless otherwise expressly provided in writing by Steiner Electric Company (“Steiner”), these Steiner Gift Card Terms and Conditions ("Gift Card Terms and Conditions") are applicable to all Gift Cards issued by Steiner (“Gift Cards”). Depending on the basis for the issuance of your Gift Card, additional terms and conditions may apply with respect to your Gift Card. Maximum value of any Gift Card is $500. Steiner may update these Gift Card Terms and Conditions at any time. We recommend that you check these Gift Card Terms and Conditions periodically for changes at www.steinerelectric.com. Use of the Gift Card constitutes your acceptance of these Gift Card Terms and Conditions. Steiner Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all Gift Card transactions.

General Restrictions: Gift Cards are solely redeemable for merchandise from Steiner after activation by Steiner and are not redeemable for cash. Resale of Gift Cards is strictly prohibited. You must be 18 years or older to redeem a Gift Card.

Use of the Gift Cards. Gift Cards may be used either for purchases of St¬¬einer merchandise at one of its locations or for purchases made online by an authorized account.

Lost or Stolen Gift Card. Steiner is not liable for lost, stolen, destroyed or altered Gift Card(s).

Gift Card Balance. Steiner will keep the official balance on your Gift Card. Although in most cases the balance will be adjusted immediately, there may be instances when the updated balance is delayed for a period of time.

Expiration of Gift Cards. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Steiner, Gift Card expires 24 months after activation.

Governing Law. By accepting a Gift Card, you agree that the laws of the State of Illinois shall govern these Gift Card Terms and Conditions, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. Gift Cards are only valid if obtained from an authorized Steiner Representative. It is not valid if obtained from unauthorized sellers, including Internet auction sites.
