Open Backorders by Product is a reporting tool created to streamline Open Order Management. Conveniently view all backordered items in one place, access estimated ship dates, and effortlessly download to Excel to analyze open backorders and seamlessly share with your team.

Follow the steps below to access and download Open Backorders by Product.

1. Access Open Backorders by Product

• After logging into the website, hover over the ‘Person’ icon and click 'Open Backorders by Product'. Alternatively, you may also click Open Backorders by Product in the lefthand navigation menu in My Account
  
  

2. View All Open Backordered Products or Search Open Backorders by Ship To, Order # or PO #. 

3. Select Your Search Criteria

• Click the ‘Search Open Backorders +’ button to reveal search options. Use bottom scroll bar to reveal additional information:
  • Ship To Address
  • Order #
  • Customer PO #
  • Release #
    
    

4. Download to Excelby Clicking the CSV link

• An Excel sheet will promptly download to your device.
