General Rules for Authorized Steiner Electric Promotions

The rules below apply to authorized Steiner Electric promotional offers (“Promotions”) unless the rules of a particular Promotion state otherwise. A particular Promotion may contain different or additional rules applicable only to that Promotion if the rules for the particular Promotion so state.

Applicable Promotion Rules

  • Promotional discounts or other offers cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Promotional discounts or other offers cannot be applied to gift certificates or gift cards.
  • Promotions cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers.
  • Promotions can only be applied to purchases of eligible products made during the promotional period. Unless otherwise stated in the Promotion, the purchase order must be placed, and the products delivered, within the promotional period. Promotional discounts or other offers will not apply to out-of-stock products that are unavailable for delivery during the promotional period or specially ordered products. No rain checks accepted.
  • Unless otherwise stated in the rules of the particular Promotion, the Promotional discount or offer must be used by eligible customer only once in a single purchase transaction.
  • Maximum savings per customer for a particular Promotion is $1,000.
  • Promotions are subject to minimum order amounts as stated in the particular Promotion (excluding tax and shipping).
  • Promotions expire at 11:59pm CT (unless otherwise noted) on the stated expiration date for the particular Promotion.
  • Promotions are non-transferrable.
  • Promotions are not valid on closeout or clearance items.
  • Promotions do not apply to extended warranties and software licenses. Services are included only if stated in the particular Promotion rules. In addition to the products generally excluded from Promotions under these General Rules, a particular Promotion may exclude other products or product categories.
  • Some promotions may be limited to online only or other specified channels.
  • Promotions may be modified or terminated by Steiner Electric at any time without notice.
  • All returns must be authorized in advance by Steiner Electric. Authorized returns of products for which promotional discounts or other offers were applied will be paid at the net discounted price.

Why are some items excluded from offers?

Promotions and prices at Steiner are set independently. However, some manufacturers and brands have pricing policies that restrict the prices for which we may sell or advertise their products.
