He has been in the HVAC industry since 1992 and has held several roles with nVent HOFFMAN, including Global Manager – After Market and Regional Sales Manager – Cooling Products. His background also includes business ownership, refrigeration certification, energy management, indoor air quality, duct design, commercial buildout, and service and installation work.

Rob Elliott is the Sr. Director of Marketing and Category Management at Steiner Electric, with more than 30 years of experience in the electrical industry. His background spans sales management, product line management, marketing strategy, and category leadership, giving him a practical understanding of how products, suppliers, distributors, and customers connect in the marketplace. Having worked with leading manufacturers such as Eaton and Rockwell Automation, Rob brings a broad industry perspective and a strong understanding of the electrical channel. In his current role, he helps lead Steiner’s marketing and category strategy, working closely with supplier partners and internal teams to support customer education, product growth, and market development.
