Liquatite® Food Grade flexible conduits from Electri-Flex provide a liquidtight, flexible wiring raceway ideal for Food Processing, Pharmaceutical, Bottling Equipment, Healthcare, and Clean Room applications. The product line includes four Food Grade varieties: LAFG, LSSFG, NMFG, and the newest addition, LNMP-Food Grade. Overview Types LAFG, LNMP-Food Grade, and LSSFG feature improved antimicrobial PVC jacketing with the added benefits of a food-processing blue jacketing color and a wider temperature range.
Antimicrobial These types exhibit antimicrobial properties, while NMFG does not promote bacteria growth. A biocide additive inhibits microbes like E. coli, listeria, and salmonella, with microbial reductions observed over 24 hours.
Blue Jacketing Benefits Food Processing blue enhances safety as it is not a naturally occurring food color. This makes fragments easier to detect in high-speed machinery, reducing product contamination risks.
