AUTHORIZATION FOR ONLINE PURCHASES AGREEMENT

These terms and conditions create an agreement between you (“Customer”) and Steiner Electric Company (“Steiner”), (each a “Party”) relating to Customer’s online purchases of Products via Steiner’s website, www.steinerelectric.com (“Website”). To confirm your understanding and acceptance click the checkbox. The parties agree as follows:

Each Party represents and warrants to the other that: (a) it has the full right, power, and authority to enter into this Agreement; (b) the representative acting as account administrator has all necessary authority to bind such Party; and (c) this Agreement will be a legal, valid, and binding obligation of such Party.
Steiner will provide Customer with administrative controls for Customer and its users to login and access the Website and to create access credentials for its users. Customer shall use commercially reasonable security procedures and other safeguards necessary to securely administer the distribution and use of all access credentials for its users of the Website and protect against any unauthorized access to or use of the Website. Customer agrees to immediately notify Steiner of any unauthorized use of any login information or other security breach involving Customer’s access to the Website. Customer is responsible for the quality, accuracy and integrity of any data and other information that Customer or any of its users accessing the Website submits to Steiner in the course of using the Website.
Customer agrees that only its authorized users will access the Website and Customer will be liable for all purchases through the Website made by such users, or anyone accessing the Website using the Customer’s account(s).
