Norton® NorZon Plus™ reinforced cut off wheel of 3 in Dia is ideal for cutting pipe, cutting sheet metal, foundry gate or riser removal, notching pipe, metal plate dimensioning and is used with horizontal or straight shaft grinder on steel or stainless steel material. Type 1 cut-off wheel of thickness 0.035 in is able to rotate at 25465 rpm using 1/4 in arbors for delivering 40 percent faster cut rate against standard aluminum oxide wheels and is made from aluminum oxide with ceramic material for added durability. Cut off wheel up to 3X lifetime features a fastest initial cut due to combination of patented Norton® SG® and NorZon® grains for highest productivity and a highly advanced bonding system for free, cool cutting with wheel balancing, sold as 25 per pack.
