The Merit® surface prep A/O medium grit TR (Type III) non-woven quick-change disc features an aluminum oxide abrasive grain coating that offers up to a 20% higher cut rate than competitive products. The medium grit surface is ideal for blending and finishing metals and non-ferrous materials of various types, including carbon steels, aluminum and composites. Create smear free finishes thanks to the disc's proprietary clean bond resin, which also reduces loading on soft materials. High loft nylon fiber construction pairs with a nylon scrim backing provides durability and stiffness that lasts.
