Our 3M™ rubber cushion polishing wheel is a mechanically expandable rubber cushion wheel available in a diameters from 1/4 in to 3 in. This wheel safely keeps abrasive bands and belts from slipping during use. Use with your 3M™ die grinder for creating fine finishes on a variety of substrates. Mounted to your 3M™ die grinder, our 3M™ rubber cushion polishing wheel holds abrasive bands and belts to address a multitude of applications from grinding to final blending and finishing. Simply slide the band or belt over the rubber cushion and tighten the lock nut appropriately to securely hold the abrasive product. Product changes are also as simple, just reverse the installation process. It's great for getting to those hard to reach places and contours and ideal for removing parting lines, imperfections and burrs. This accessory is available in a variety of widths and diameters, to accommodate the wide variety of possible applications.
