In addition to our flat-bed boom truck, our fleet of 40 radio-dispatched trucks provides free pickup and delivery. STATE-OF-THE-ART MOTOR TESTING

Final testing under full load conditions is the most reliable way to test the quality of the repair. Our in-house motor testing capability,which includes a custom designed dynamometer, is the largest in Illinois. Upon request, full load testing from 100 to 1000 Hp AC/DC is available. The ability of the dynamometer to simulate your actual operating condition of your motor before it leaves our shop, insures the quality of the repair.

Dynamic Balancing
Regulating consistent temperature levels during the stripping, curing process, precision balancing, and core loss verification are standard procedure. During the final testing, we again evaluate each motor, to assure that the performance level conforms to a like-new condition before your motor leaves our shop.

Mobile Technical Services

"Total Responsibility" means we provide emergency service, on-site repair, troubleshooting, and start-up support for AC/DC variable speed drives, and soft-start systems - seven days a week. Our technicians are certified to service most major lines.
