Account Management
- Edit Profile allows the user to change their contact information.
- Credit Card Management allows secure storage of frequently used credit cards
- Personal Settings allows users to select preferences for product display and purchases
Account Review
- Account Inquiry allows you to view and print invoices, payments, open order balances, purchases, general credit and accounts receivable information. You can search by PO Numbers or Invoice Numbers.
- Monthly Statements displays all invoices created within a particular month.
- Open Bids displays all that have not been processed into orders.
- Open Orders are processed orders that have not been shipped. Estimated Ship Dates are available for viewing.
- Order History displays orders that have been shipped and invoiced. Shipping information, proof of delivery, and invoices can be obtained through this feature.
Product and Order Management
- Edit Customer Part Numbers allows you to change or delete your part numbers.
- My Product Group saves your favorite items and manages custom product groups for repetitive ordering.
- My Saved Carts allows shopping carts to be saved for future checkout.
- Quickpad allows for fast search and ordering of multiple products.
- Reorder Pad lists products that have been purchased previously to facilitate quick searching and ordering.
