Two band saw welding machines allows us the ability to ship your blade the same day. Our welders are factory trained by Lenox. You can depend on a very high quality blade produced in various lengths in carbon, high speed and carbide tipped up to 2" wide.
Preventative Maintenance Programs
Making sure your band saw operates properly with limited down time is critical. Just like any machine, it requires preventative maintenance. Tooling Re-Sharp & Re-Coat
Crown Industrial is a leader in "APPLIED APPLICATION" solutions for numerous cutting tool in-plant projects. Selling new tooling is one thing, but we offer a complete re-sharp and re-coat service. We will pick-up and ship tooling scheduled for rework, to a certified re-sharp & re-coat Chicago based company, or directly to the original manufacturer. You will be able to document the benefit of using a professionally sharpened tool.

Product Training and Safety We offer our customers a three fold approach to product safety and hands on product training. Our training team can visit a customer at their location for scheduled training for all staff regardless of shift status. Our state of the art training facility in Elk Grove Village is always available. The third option is to arrange our customer's staff to visit the manufacturer's in-plant facilities.
